Bobbi Kaufman has served Clearwater County for over 20 years, bringing deep expertise in planning, zoning, and floodplain administration. As a dedicated public servant, she helps guide residents, developers, and business owners through the permitting process with clarity and care.
Since 2019, Bobbi has also led as President of the Permit Technician Chapter, where she advocates for best practices and professional development across the region. Her passion lies in making complex regulations accessible and helping people turn their projects into reality—safely, legally, and efficiently.
When she’s not reviewing site plans or facilitating public hearings, Bobbi is often mentoring new permit techs or collaborating with state and local agencies to improve community resilience.
