With over 25 years of dedicated service to the City of Meridian, I currently serve as the Permit Technician Supervisor within the Community Development Department. My career in public service began as a Permit Technician and has evolved through various roles—all of which have reaffirmed my passion for supporting the Permit Technician team.
Throughout my tenure, I’ve built strong, collaborative relationships with contractors, developers, and citizens, guiding them through the permitting process with clarity and efficiency. I take great pride in being a dependable resource and advocate within the permitting community.
A key contributor to Meridian’s digital transformation, I’ve led and supported initiatives to implement new software systems and transition the city to fully electronic, paperless permitting. My institutional knowledge and forward-thinking approach have positioned me as a trusted leader in shaping the future of permitting services.
As a proud member of the IDPT chapter, I am deeply committed to elevating the visibility and value of Permit Technicians statewide. I advocate for the recognition of our profession as a vital and respected part of building departments and remain dedicated to giving Permit Technicians a strong voice in our industry.
